How it works

ConvertCabin loads a local copy of FFmpeg in this browser tab and does the work on your device — nothing is uploaded. The first use downloads the engine (~25 MB), which your browser then caches.

Because it runs locally it stays free, unlimited and private, and keeps working offline once loaded.

About making GIFs

Each image becomes one frame of the animation, in the order you add them. The frame rate controls how fast they play; a smaller width keeps the file light.
